Why Resilient Breathing?

 

Je voelt je rusteloos, benauwd, gestrest, onzeker, neerslachtig of angstig. Je kijkt uit naar meer ontspanning en rust in je hoofd en lijf.

Robin Erkel 

During the various studies and courses I followed, I gained a lot of knowledge about the body: our habit patterns; our "being"; and the importance of natural breathing, healthy nutrition and a balanced lifestyle, in which we can better understand and process our physical and mental challenges. I have experienced the benefits of it myself.
